Gloriana is a professional in education and instructional design with over 12 years of experience in managing inclusive educational projects, developing innovative learning resources, and facilitating in-person courses tailored to the needs of program sponsors and the diverse profiles of beneficiaries. She is a specialist in Educational Technology and Universal Design for Learning (UDL), with a focus on serving diverse populations, including youth, people with disabilities, and older adults.


She has demonstrated proven leadership in educational initiatives and social impact projects across Panama and Central America, working in collaboration with national and international stakeholders—including government agencies, universities, NGOs, and development organizations. Her experience includes designing and implementing accessible training programs, coordinating digital inclusion strategies, and strengthening teacher capacities through emerging technologies.
