Max Reynolds is the co-founder of the Reynolds Foundation, where he serves as Grant and Relationship Management Program Director and a member of the Advisory Council. Previously, Max worked as a researcher at Demo Lab in Costa Rica, leading a study on education, development, and the impact of the narco-economy on youth. His research has contributed valuable insights into the challenges facing young people and the importance of education and economic opportunity in breaking cycles of poverty.

Professionally, he remains a fierce advocate for innovations in medical research, education and the protection of freedom and democratic values. In his free time, Max enjoys playing chess, exploring new cultures, and learning Spanish.
