With a master's degree in marketing, she honed her skills while working for renowned companies such as Coca-Cola, Ferrero, and l'Oréal in the field of sales and marketing. Inspired to make a greater impact, she transitioned to Human Resources in the technology sector, where she thrived as a Head of People and Culture in a startup. She then found her calling as a performance coach, transforming lives and empowering others to achieve personal and professional growth. Currently, as the Director of International Public Affairs at Demo Lab, Noemi collaborates with movement leaders and freedom fighters worldwide, participates in creating alliances and growing the freedom movement. She is bringing together her diverse background and unwavering commitment to empowering people from all over the world to achieve their highest potential.
